1. Introduction

Welcome to Ichallenge 2! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Ichallenge 2 game application (the “App”) developed by Florin-Lucian Pricopie (“I”, “me”, or “us”).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access or use the App.

3. Account Creation

You may create an account within the App. The email address associated with your account is solely for account recovery purposes or double checking the ownership of the account.

4. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

The App offers optional in-app purchases (“Purchases”) processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system. You are responsible for all Purchases made through your account. The App may allow you to purchase virtual goods or currency (“Virtual Items”) using real money. Virtual Items are for use within the App and do not have any cash value.

5. Subscriptions

The App offers subscription plans (“Subscriptions”) for additional features or content. Subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew at the end of each term unless you cancel them before the renewal date. You can manage your Subscriptions through your Apple account settings.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the App in a respectful and lawful manner. You will not:

• Cheat, hack, or exploit the App.
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users.
• Post or share any inappropriate or offensive content.
• Violate any intellectual property rights.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, including but not limited to, images, sounds, code, and data, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. I disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

I will not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the App, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
